完成以上步骤之后,你的一个AI工作流就搭建出来了。开始尝试测试使用你搭建出来的这一套工作流了,一开始可能会有点不顺手,没关系,多试几次就熟练了。后面就是,根据你使用体验不断调整和优化你的AI工作流。哪个环节效果不好,就换个工具试试;哪个环节出现了更好的工具,那就这个环节的工具升级一下。这是搭建AI工作流的基础,也是最容易上手的部分。很简单,对吧,当你搭建完这一个AI工作流时,你一定会遇到问题,现成的AI工具,不好用。为什么不好用?因为可能是因为提示词写得不够好、可能是这个工具本身就不行。怎么办?去学习怎么写好提示词、去找更好用的AI工具啊,或者找个懂提示词的人帮你解决啊。接着,等你写提示词、换工具的问题你解决了,你可能又会觉得,这个工作流效率还是太低了,想着怎么搭建一个AI智能体来自动化完成一系列的任务。此时问题就是:怎么做一个AI智能体?同样的,去学习怎么制作智能体,或者找一个懂智能体的人帮你解决。如果一开始你想的是,提示词好多知识好难学,智能体更复杂了,好困难,我不行,那你肯定就放弃了。但是,这些是你当下面临的问题吗?不是,你当下面临的问题是怎么拆解你的工作场景?拆解出来的小步骤可以用哪些工具去赋能提效?这才是你遇到的实际问题。解决实际的问题,一步一个脚印,不要去想那些不存在的问题。
搭建AI工作流其实也有一套简单易行的工作流,我们可以从最基础的开始,一步步来。[heading3]3.2.1找到一个工作场景[content]选择一个你比较熟悉的工作场景,比如说,写文章、做PPT,随便哪个你经常做的工作都行。[heading3]3.2.2拆解工作流程[content]因为是你熟悉的工作场景,所以你肯定能把这个工作拆解成几个小步骤,如果暂时想不清楚,可以先把整个流程在脑海中或纸上过一遍。就比如刚刚说的写文章,可以拆成选题、写稿、改稿、写标题这几步。[heading3]3.2.3给每一个步骤嵌入工具[content]针对每个小步骤,想想有没有AI工具可以帮上忙,如果你想不到的话,别自己闷头去想,去找一下别人是怎么做的?我们遇到的大多数问题,别人都遇到过并很好地解决了,所以你只需要找到别人是怎么解决这个问题的就可以了。注意,要灵活选择最优解,不要为了AI而AI。通过局部最优解,来达到全局最优解。我们的目的是提高工作效率,而不是提高工作的含AI量。
